New trial class for Upminster mums-to-be on Wednesdays at 5.15pm.
Yoga for mums-to-be from 13 weeks pregnant. Cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. These classes provide a nurturing environment for you to connect to your baby and other mums-to-be. Beginners welcome too!
Level: all-levels welcome (including those brand-new to yoga)
